Accommodation Agreement
(Application of this Agreement)
Article 1 The lodging contract entered into with the hotel is pursuant to the provision of this Agreement. Items not provided for in this Agreement shall be pursuant to laws, ordinances, or usual custom.
 2. Notwithstanding the preceding provision, the Hotel can agree to special agreements as long as they do not violate the objectives of this Agreement or laws, ordinances, or usual custom.
(Refusal of Accommodation)
Article 2 The Hotel may decline to offer accommodation in the following circumstances.
(1) An accommodation application does not meet the terms of this Agreement.
(2) There are no available guest rooms due to all guest rooms being full.
(3) The person attempting to stay in the Hotel seems likely take actions while staying that violate regulations stipulated in laws and ordinances, public order, or good morals.
(4) The person attempting to stay in the Hotel is clearly suffering from an infectious disease.
(5) The Hotel is subjected to special risk in regards to accommodation.
(6) Accommodation cannot be offered because of natural disasters, facility failure, or other unavoidable reasons.
(7) The person trying to stay in the hotel has engaged in speech or conduct that causes considerable trouble to other guests, in cases that fall under those specially provided for in prefectural rules and regulations.
(Declaration of Full Name, etc.)
Article 3 When the Hotel accepts an application for accommodation before the date of stay (hereinafter referred to as "Accommodation Contact Application"), the Hotel may request the following items from the applicant in a specified time period.
(1) Applicant’s address, full name, gender, nationality, and profession.
(2) Any other items judged as necessary by the Hotel.
(Deposit)

Article 4 When the Hotel has accepted an Accommodation Contract Application, the hotel may charge a deposit to be paid in a specified time period that will not exceed the accommodation charges (charges for 7 days if the accommodation period is longer than 7 days).
2. The deposit outlined in the preceding paragraph, in the circumstances described in the following Article, can be allocated as a penalty for contract breach. Any remaining balance will be returned.

(Cancellation of Reservation)
Article 5 If an applicant has cancelled all or part of their accommodation contract, the hotel will charge a penalty for contract breach to be paid as described below.
However, this is not always the case for reservations cancelled by groups (with over 10 paying members; the same shall apply hereinafter) in which cancellations are made by 10% of the number of reservation applicants (to be rounded up in the case of a fraction) calculated 10 days before date of stay (after this day, the Hotel accepts the Accommodation Contract Application).
(Regulations for Charging Penalty for Contract Breech)
(1) Regular guests
A. If cancellations are made before the stay date, each guest shall pay 20% of the accommodation charges for the first night.
B. If cancellations are made before 16:00 on the stay date, each guest shall pay 80% of the accommodation charges for the first night.
C. If cancellations are made after 16:00 on the stay date, each guest shall pay the entire accommodation charges for the first night.
(2) Groups
A. If cancellations are made between 30 and 22 days before the stay date, each guest shall pay 10% of the accommodation charges.
B. If cancellations are made between 21 and 15 days before the stay date, each guest shall pay 30% of the accommodation charges.
C. If cancellations are made between 14 and 8 days before the stay date, each guest shall pay 50% of the accommodation charges.
D. If cancellations are made between 7 and 1 days before the stay date, each guest shall pay 80% of the accommodation charges.
E. If cancellations are made on the stay date, each guest shall pay the entire accommodation charges.
2. If a guest, with no prior contact, fails to arrive by 8 p.m. on the stay date (or by the arrival time if it has been specified), their reservation shall be considered cancelled by the guest and processed as such.
3. Pursuant to the provision of the preceding paragraph, if proof is given that the customer failing to show up with no prior contact and the reservation being cancelled was due to the non-arrival or delayed arrival of trains, airplanes, or other public transportation systems, or other causes not attributable to the customer, then the Hotel will not charge the penalty for contract breach outlined in Item 1.
Article 6 The Hotel, except as otherwise provided, can cancel accommodation reservations in the following circumstances.
(1) Circumstances that fall under Article 2, Items 3 to 7.
(2) When the Hotel has requested the items for declaration described in Article 3, Item 1, and they have not been declared by the specified date.
(3) When the Hotel has requested the payment of deposit described in Article 4, Item 1, and it has not been paid by the specified date.
2. When an accommodation reservation has been cancelled pursuant to the provision of the preceding item, any remaining deposit will be immediately returned.
(Accommodation Registration)
Article 7 Guests will register the following information with the Hotel’s front desk on the date of their stay.
(1) Items listed in Article 3, Item 1.
(2) People of foreign citizenship must provide their passport number, place of landing in Japan, and date of landing.
(3) Date and time of departure.
(4) Any other items judged as necessary by the Hotel.
(Check-out Time)
Article 8 Guests will vacate their room (check-out) at 10 a.m.
2. Notwithstanding the preceding provision, the Hotel may allow usage of the guest room that exceeds the check-out time.
In such cases, the following additional charges will apply.
(1) Until 12:00: 30% of the accommodation charges for one night
(2) Until 16:00: 50% of the accommodation charges for one night
(3) After 16:00: the entire accommodation charges for one night
(Business Hours)
Article 9 The business hours of the Hotel's facilities are as follows.
   Hours when meals are available in the restaurant
   A. Breakfast: 7:00 to 9:30
   B. Lunch: 11:30 to 14:00
   C. Dinner: 17:00 to 22:00
* Times listed in the preceding paragraphs are subject to change.
(Handling of Valuables)
Article 10 Valuables may be left at the Hotel's front desk.
(Payment of Charges)
Article 11 Payment of charges, at arrival or when requested by the Hotel, can be made at the front desk via currency or accommodation voucher.
  2. Accommodation charges will be charged after the guest has used their guest room, even if they voluntarily decide not to stay in their room.
(Strict Observance of Usage Regulations)
Article 12 While in the Hotel, guests will obey the usage regulations as determined by the Hotel that are posted within the Hotel.
(Refusal of Continual Accommodation)
Article 13 Even during the accommodation period accepted by the Hotel, the Hotel may decline to offer continual accommodation in the following circumstances.
(1) Circumstances that fall under Article 2, Items 3 to 7.
  2. If guests do not obey the usage regulations from the preceding Article.
(Accommodation Obligations)
Article 14 The Hotel's obligations regarding accommodation begin when the guest registers their stay at the Hotel's front office or enters their guest room, whichever comes first. The obligations end when the guest vacates their room to depart.
  2. If a guest room cannot be provided to the guest due to a cause attributable to the Hotel, exempting cases in which doing so is difficult due to natural disaster or other reasons, an identical or similar room at a different lodging facility will be provided to the guest.
In this case, no additional accommodation charges will be charged, including those on the day in which provision of the guest room cannot be continued.
